Christ Baptist Church is a traditional and elegant structure in Raleigh, NC. This project included an elaborate new worship space with attention to detail for acoustics, lighting, audio/visual technology, and ease of use to last long-term for this Raleigh establishment. Construction was completed in Fall 2012 on this entirely new building for classroom, training, rehearsal, and lobby space.

St. David’s School is a private academy for K through 12th grades in Raleigh, NC. This project included retrofitting existing facilities and structures to expand into a new auditorium, gym, dining hall, student commons and parking deck. St. David’s was completed in 2010.

122 Dunedin Court is a private residence in the MacGregor Downs golf course neighborhood of Cary, NC. The estate home is a 7 Bedroom, 7 Bath, with views of the lake and golf course. Renovations were completed in 2012 on the 9,622 square foot home, including redesign of the roof, demolition of pool enclosure structure, entirely new driveway/entrance, windows, extensive porch and decking. The home includes a master suite with 2 fireplaces, sprawling kitchen, 2-story living room and den, outdoor fire pit, and home theater. Mr. Gardenhire provided all design direction as well as project management for this home.
